Anne successfully obtained a Master's degree in Commercial Property Law at Utrecht University. While at university, one of her subjects was corporate law, with a special focus on insolvency law, contract law, financing and security. Anne has a broad legal practice in corporate law. She advises business owners on various aspects of their operations, ranging from drafting contracts to assisting with acquisitions and carrying out reorganisations. Anne also assists companies facing financial challenges. In these situations, Anne coordinates communication with creditors, assists in reaching in-court or out-of-court compositions with creditors, and supports these companies towards finding a healthy and viable financial position. She also provides legal support to directors of bankrupt companies. Anne constantly keeps her finger on the pulse and strives to take the burden off directors, especially in stressful and hectic periods.
In her spare time, Anne explores her creative side by engaging in painting and sculpting.
