Dennis Steffens (born in 1976) is a partner in the Utrecht office. He specialises in insolvency law and corporate law. He advises and litigates for companies on restructuring, reorganisations, relaunches, directors' liability and on financing and security issues. He also regularly acts as a trustee and administrator in bankruptcies and moratoriums.

After studying Business Economics, he joined Rabobank in 1997, where he mainly worked in the Arrears Management department. This provided him with extensive experience in finance, troubled companies and bankruptcies. He has been a lawyer and trustee since 2007. Because Dennis assists various stakeholders in troubled companies or bankruptcies as a lawyer and also acts as a trustee, he can provide considerable added value to those whose interests he represents.

Dennis is a solution-oriented, committed, critical and very sharp lawyer. He always shows maximum commitment and has a strong will to win. He is driven, entrepreneurial, decisive and energetic as well as thorough and reliable.
