Kuno Cerutti joined John van Diepen and Arthur van de Kroef, who at the time were practising law in Purmerend, in 1989. He opened the Hoorn office in 1992, where he has been a partner since 1994, with Arthur van de Kroef. A versatile lawyer, he represents shareholders, directors and business owners in negotiations, disputes and proceedings. He has a keen eye for business realities alongside the strictly legal aspects. He assists companies and institutions that have run into financial or organisational difficulties. Kuno is regularly appointed as a trustee in bankruptcies and he advises companies seeking to acquire assets from bankruptcy through a relaunch.
Kuno was a member of the Board of Representatives of the Netherlands Bar and is a member of the bankruptcy committee of the Noord-Holland District Court. Within our firm, he shares responsibility for the financial operations. At home, in the world heritage village of Middenbeemster, he enjoys being in the kitchen.
